The eight NMEA 0183 inputs can be routed to any of the six NMEA 0183 outputs, providing a highly customizable network. A bi-directional serial port and Ethernet port allow easy configuration and diagnostics with Actisense software.
The configuration tool can be accessed through any popular Web browser (via the Ethernet port), so there are no operating system compatibility issues. Using the Web-based configuration tool, the user can fine-tune the exact data available on each output. The default setting is that all data goes to all outputs.
2-piece pluggable connectors on the PRO-MUX-2 (screw terminals available) The PRO-MUX-2 from its mounted location. A professional DIN-rail mounting mechanism keeps the PRO-MUX-2 secure in high-vibration environments. Useful LEDs indicate power, data in, data out and alarm status to aid diagnosis.
