Fell Marine MOB+ basic set, man overboard system to shut down the engine.
Fell Marine MOB+™ basic set wireless deadman button incl. transmitter: Intelligent Man Over Board System! In a world where electronics surround us, it is almost unbelievable that the corded shutdown button still exists: MOB+ is an electronically controlled, wireless shutdown switch that can be used on all boats.
It is finally here, the shut-off button that not only offers the user all the benefits of electronics, but also freedom and added safety aboard your vessel. We recommend using MOB + on boats 40 feet(less than 12 meters) or less in size. Your personal protector: The corded deadman's switch is rarely used anymore because it keeps you confined to a very limited space on board.
With MOB + Wireless Man Over Board System, you regain freedom - without losing safety. The xFOB is your personal protector at sea.
Because the xFOB unit is placed in the corresponding xBAND or xTAG, it does not inhibit any movement or motion. Should you fall into the water, the motor(s) will stop in just one second.
General information about the system: As you board your boat, press the xFOB to connect to the xHUB. A green light and an audio signal confirm the connection and the engine can be started. Should a fall overboard occur, the engine will shut off, caused by the xFOB being underwater or more than 15 meters away from the xHUB. 6 seconds after shutdown, passengers can restart the engine to rescue the person in the water. When leaving the boat, press the xFOB once to disconnect.
Up to 20 xFOBs can be stored per xHUB (if more than 20 are paired, the first ones that were paired are deleted). Up to four xFOBs can be connected to the xHUB simultaneously, with one unit acting as a stop unit for the captain and the remaining three as alarm units for passengers.
