Shipping your order
We strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. Did you place and pay for your order on a working day* before 4:30 PM? If the items ordered are in stock, we will ship them the same day. As soon as the shipment has been registered with the carrier, you will be notified by email.
*Orders that can be placed on a working day are guaranteed to be shipped on the day of ordering, the order day must be a weekday to be guaranteed to arrive the next day (under normal circumstances).
Delivery address
You can provide both a delivery and billing address. Don't expect to be at home or in the office? You then provide a (different) delivery address and have your package delivered to the address where you are, for example a business address, marina, campsite, etc.
The status of your order
You can find the status of your order in your account: after you have logged in, click on “order status”. If you cannot find the answer to your question there, please contact us using the form below. We aim to let you know as soon as possible.

Cancel an order
You can cancel your order by letting us know within 14 days of receiving your order via [email protected]. Your order must then be returned within 14 days. When we have received your return shipment in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to the account with which you paid for your order.
Returning an order
If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt (unless specially ordered). In that case, please first contact us at +31 10-2308789 or [email protected]. The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided they are in good condition.
Please note, products ordered for you cannot be returned. Sometimes an exception can be made, taking into account a Re-Stock fee of 25%.
Products ordered for business are excluded from the right to return, sometimes this is possible in consultation, taking into account a 25% re-stock fee.
Exceptions
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
- Customized or customized items.
- Items specially ordered for you.
- Items ordered for you in large numbers.
- Products of which the seal has been broken.
- Software
- Batteries, accumulators
- Lamps
-Items related to personal hygiene such as: earplugs, ear tips, headphones, in-ear monitors, etc.
